These terms govern use of plans4less.com and print orders placed with Plans4Less, 40 Union City Road, Prospect, CT 06712. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

1. Services

We print large-format black-and-white and color construction documents and ship them by UPS. Available sizes include full-size sheets (approximately 22×34 through 36×48) and half-size sheets (approximately 11×17 through 18×24) on 20 lb. paper unless otherwise specified.

2. Current per-sheet prices

Prices are charged per printed sheet and may change. The storefront and checkout totals are the current prices:

• Full-size black & white — $1.75
• Full-size Color I (22×34 / 24×36) — $3.75
• Full-size Color II (30×42) — $6.00
• Full-size Color III (36×48) — $8.25
• Half-size black & white — $0.95
• Half-size Color I (11×17 / 12×18) — $0.95
• Half-size Color II (15×22 / 17×22 / 18×24) — $2.00

Enterprise members pay the matching black-and-white sheet price on color products. Prime members receive free UPS Ground on every order. Enterprise members receive free UPS Ground unless the account is flagged otherwise. Color orders of $75 or more of qualifying all-color product also ship free via UPS Ground.

3. Payment

Customers without approved credit pay at checkout by card through Stripe. Customers approved by Plans4Less for Net 30 terms may place orders on account; an invoice is sent after the order is submitted. To apply for terms, email plans@plans4less.com. Memberships (Prime $95/year, Enterprise $450/year) are billed annually through Stripe.

4. Orders, files, and production

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded files, page counts, set counts, and project references. If you need to change or cancel an order, call (855) 752-6745 as soon as possible. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has printed or shipped.

5. Shipping

Orders ship to the address you provide, subject to UPS service availability. Title and risk of loss pass when we deliver the package to the carrier. You are responsible for carrier claims for loss or damage. Same-day local delivery in Connecticut may be available; next-day options depend on destination and the UPS service selected.

6. Returns and refunds

Custom prints are generally final sale. If we made an error in printing or packing, contact us at (855) 752-6745 and we will make it right.

7. Uploaded materials

You represent that you have the right to send us the files you upload. We use those files only to produce and deliver your order and to support customer service. We do not claim ownership of your drawings.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, upload malware, attack the service, or attempt to access another customer’s files or account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plans4Less is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
