Founder & CEO
A leading voice in the blueprint reprographics industry with 35+ years of experience, Brian was an early architect of the print-and-ship blueprint model and a pioneer of fixed-rate blueprint pricing. He founded two reprographic firms (one in CT still operating today) before launching Plans4Less. He secured Plans4Less as the default printer in the SmartBid platform and led the API making it the exclusive hard-copy blueprint service in the Procore dashboard. A frequent ConTech Crew Podcast guest, Brian has supported GCs on projects like SoFi Stadium and stays active in the CT and NY SMPS chapters.
John Griffo
VP of Production
John brings 40+ years of manufacturing, production, and sales expertise. He co-founded a bespoke clothing manufacturer still in operation today, began his corporate sales career at AT&T, and managed the New England sales division for Sanmina. As Manager of Production at Plans4Less for nearly 10 years, John owns material procurement, processing, assembly, quality control, and packaging/shipping — and is the lead advocate making sure plans are delivered on time and on budget.

With a 40+ year background in finance and entrepreneurship, John leads business development, go-to-market strategy, channel partnerships, and API development. He began on Wall Street, launched one of the first CT microbreweries since the 1970s, then returned to institutional sales and C-level growth roles. John has driven business development at Plans4Less for 5 years, expanding the seamless blueprint ordering and ship platform.
