Plans4Less (“we”, “us”) operates plans4less.com from 40 Union City Road, Prospect, CT 06712. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and print services.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, phone, company name, shipping and billing addresses.
- Order details: print sizes, quantities, project references, plan files you upload, and notes for production.
- Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, including through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
- To create your account, quote shipping, print and ship orders, and send order and tracking emails.
- To invoice approved Net 30 accounts and collect card payments for all other customers.
- To operate Prime and Enterprise memberships and send renewal reminders.
- To respond to contact-form messages and provide customer support.
How we share it
We share information with vendors who help us run the business, including Stripe (payments and tax), UPS (shipping), Resend (transactional email), Convex (application data and file storage), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell customer lists. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers and our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, cart continuity, and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (including checkout) may not work if you do.
Retention and security
We keep account, order, and uploaded plan files as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Transmission of payment data is handled by Stripe over HTTPS.
Your choices
You can update your profile and saved addresses from your account. To request a copy or deletion of personal data, email plans@plans4less.com.
